Early morning and timed deliveries are available at extra cost.

We will normally send your order to on a 1-2 day delivery service providing we receive the order before 3.00pm and subject to all items in stock.
UK customers should normally receive them within 24-48 hours afer dispatch, Ireland 24-72 hours and European customers in 4 days.
International orders vary according to shipping & couriers are generally received in under 5 days.
Please note: offers of free delivery may go on a three day service.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you believe an item is faulty please phone our Help Line on 01952 505696 first as many problems can be sorted out over the phone. If we advise you to make a return a Returns Authorisation Number will be issued, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted or acknowledged. Please contact us by phone to obtain a Returns Number.
The cost of & safe return of the goods to us is your responsibility, for your security we advise courier or signed delivery to us.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period that starts the day after you receive the goods.
If you would like to make a return, please call us for instructions to obtain a Returns form and a Returns Authorisation Number.
The form must be clearly filled and the Returns number marked on your returned goods, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods. Any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
If you return the goods as detailed we will issue a refund for the goods, excluding delivery charges
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to HDCCTV, Chestnut House, Kingswood Business Park, Holyhead Road, Nr Albrighton, WV7 3AU, and for providing proof of delivery of any such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
IP Cameras and DVR with Network
HDCCTV are not responsible for networking any DVR as it involves third party equipment.
If buying a DVR with networking please make sure you have a qualified IT person to network the DVR.
No refunds can be made for the failure to network and we will not accept any DVR back due to this.
