Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process when placing an order on the website, or to gain a quotation and also when subscribing to our e-newsletters, we collect personal information.

We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

MAGENTO - E-Commerce Store

If you place an order on our website the information you enter is stored temporarily by our website which is built on the Magento Platform. We do not see your payment information, only the method of payment and your name/address/email and ip address, your personal information is then entered into our accounts software Zoho and deleted from Magento within 90 days.

We use “Zoho Books” accounts software to store your information and orders in order to fulfil our contract with you.

When we add you to Zoho you will receive an invite to log into your online customer portal, here you can see all of the details we hold on you, as well as view any quotes or past invoices.  

You may amend or delete any information you like at any time, for complete deletion please email Colin Willacy [email protected]  

Your information is stored within Zohos servers in Ireland for no longer than 7 years from purchase date.

Telephone Orders

If you give us your information over the phone in order to get a quotation or to place an order we enter your information directly into Zoho (see above).

Card Payments over the Telephone

If you call us to make a debit or credit card payment, we enter the card details along with your house number and postcode for address verification purposes into a secure online payment portal managed by “Paymentsense”, we do not store any card information locally.

Live Chat

The live chat module “Zopim Zendesk” on our website gathers visitor IP addresses and (if you manually enter it) your name and email address.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals who are under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not register an account with our website or provide any information about yourself on our website. If you have already done so, please contact [email protected] and your information will be deleted immediately.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.

All customers that make a purchase will get an email invite to their customer portal when they are added to our accounts software Zoho.

If you have made a purchase but have not received an invitation to out customer portal please email [email protected] who will send another invite.

Once you have access to your portal you may amend your details as well as view any estimates, sales orders and invoices of past orders, and you are able to pay for new orders securely online.
