Clearance Product Returns

At HDCCTV.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To facilitate this we offer the following Refund and Faulty Products policies for clearance products sold on our website. Please note clearance products do not have the same policies as Standard products on our site (to view these click here).

Refund Policy

Refunds are available providing you have requested an RMA within 14 days of receiving the products and we must receive the products within 14 days of the date we sent you the RMA.

Exceptions:
1. Services are not eligible for refund.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Products must have been directly purchased by you from Y3K (Europe) Limited trading as HDCCTV.co.uk

2. We will refund the purchase price of the product only. Delivery charges, services and other charges will not be refunded.

3. If we do not receive your products within 14 days of sending you an RMA you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Products and packaging must be in their original packaging and condition, have no missing items and be free of any damage.

5. Any product that is received by us that does not meet the above terms and conditions will be returned back to you.

Faulty Products Policy

Our warranty period for Clearance Products is 90 days from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim you must contact our technical team, who will then diagnose the fault and if confirmed issue you with an RMA.

Exceptions:
1. Services are provided with a 30 day warranty.

Terms & Conditions:

1. If the product is confirmed as being faulty by our technical team they will issue you an RMA. We must receive the product within 14 days of the date we issued you the RMA. If we do not then you will need to request a new RMA.

2. Depending on when we receive your product you will have different options on how we deal with your warranty claim:

a) If your product is received by us within 30 days of the date you purchased it and is confirmed to be faulty, you have the option of a refund, repair or replacement.

b) If your product is received by us over 30 days from the date you purchased it and is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund, repair or replace your product at our discretion only.

3. If your product is received after the warranty period it will be returned to you.

4. If the product has been damaged or misused the warranty will be void and it will be returned to you.

5. If the product is found to be not faulty it will be returned to you.

6. Please note our warranty is available in the UK only. You will need to return your purchase back to us in the UK, and we will then return your repaired item/replacement without charge to UK addresses only.
